4. How do I return an item?
We accept returns for wrong items or damaged products only. To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide an unboxing video showing the condition of the item at the time of opening.
- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.
5. Can I exchange an item?
Yes! We offer exchanges for the following reasons:
- Wrong items delivered

- Size misfit (provided the item is unused and in its original condition)

8. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only offer shipping within the USA. However, we hope to expand our shipping options in the future!

10. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

- An unboxing video showing the item and the damage or issue
